While our original greenhouses have served us well, the challenges of an ever-changing Kenyan environment—where droughts parch our fields and floods wash crops away or leave them in harmful standing water—demand a more controlled and resilient space. With a greenhouse, our harvests can increase by as much as 30% compared to planting in the open fields, ensuring greater food security for our children and community.
