A season of resurrection, a time to celebrate: He is risen!
Luke 24:6 (NIV) – “He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee.”
As we enter the blessed month of April, we join the global body of Christ in celebrating Easter — a sacred reminder of the death and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. This season is not only a time of reflection but also a powerful declaration of victory, hope, and new life.
At Mully Children’s Family, Easter holds a special and personal meaning. It reflects the transformation we witness each day in the lives of children and young people who have journeyed from despair into hope, from brokenness into restoration, and from rejection into belonging. Just as Christ rose in victory, we continue to see lives being lifted with renewed purpose and dignity.
We pause to thank God for His unfailing love, for the gift of salvation, and for the assurance that no situation is beyond His power to redeem. The resurrection reminds us that even in the darkest moments, His light will always shine through.
As we celebrate this season, we humbly invite all MCF friends, partners, and prayer warriors to stand with us in prayer:
We ask that the message of the cross and the resurrection will remain alive in our hearts and in the lives of all MCF beneficiaries and coworkers. We also lift up families and communities across the world who are facing challenges — may the resurrection power of Christ bring healing where there is pain, provision where there is need, and peace where there is uncertainty. Above all, we give thanks for the cross, for the empty tomb, and for the victory we have in Christ, as well as for the many testimonies of transformed lives that continue to unfold.
As we celebrate Easter, may our hearts be filled with joy, gratitude, and unwavering faith. The same power that raised Christ from the dead is still at work today — bringing life, restoring hope, and making all things new.
