Lifting Up Our Students: Praying for Our Candidates During Exam Season

As 1,315 Mully Children’s Family students prepare for national examinations, we invite you to join us in praying for wisdom, peace, strength, and God’s guidance over their futures.

Exam season has arrived at Mully Children’s Family (MCF), marking an important milestone for hundreds of children and young people as they prepare to take the next steps in their educational journeys.

Over the next three months, 1,315 MCF students, including 684 girls and 631 boys, will sit their national examinations. These students represent Grades 3, 6, 10, and 12, as well as Mully College.

Behind each of these numbers is a young person with a unique story, hopes for the future, and the determination to succeed.

For many of the children at MCF, the opportunity to receive an education represents something especially meaningful. Having overcome difficult circumstances, they now have the chance to develop their talents, pursue their dreams, and build a brighter future.

As they enter this important season, we give thanks to God for how far each student has come and for the opportunities that lie ahead.

Preparing for the Next Chapter

Throughout MCF classrooms, students have been dedicating themselves to their studies, reviewing lessons, strengthening their understanding, and preparing for the examinations ahead.

From younger learners taking their first major assessments to secondary school students and Mully College candidates preparing for their next steps, each examination represents another chapter in their educational journey.

Their preparation reflects not only their own hard work and perseverance but also the dedication of the teachers, caregivers, and mentors who have encouraged them along the way.

These educators have invested countless hours in helping students develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to succeed.

As examination season unfolds, we pray that every student will approach their assessments with a clear mind, a peaceful heart, and confidence in all they have learned.

More Than an Examination Result

While examinations are an important part of a student’s education, we recognize that a child’s worth and potential can never be measured by a grade.

At Mully Children’s Family, education is about far more than academic achievement. It is about nurturing the whole child, helping young people grow in faith, character, knowledge, and confidence as they discover their God-given gifts.

We want every student to do their very best while remembering that their identity and worth come from God, not from the outcome of an examination.

A result reflects one moment in time. It does not determine the fullness of a child’s future or the purpose God has prepared for their life.

As we encourage our students to study diligently and approach their examinations with confidence, we also remind them to trust God with the outcome and the journey ahead.

Scripture offers a beautiful reminder in 2 Timothy 1:7 (NIV):

“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.”

Our prayer is that these words will encourage every MCF student to face this season with courage, peace, and faith.

Join Us in Prayer for Our Students

As 1,315 students prepare for their national examinations, we invite our MCF family and supporters around the world to join us in lifting them up in prayer.

1. Pray for every student taking examinations.

Ask God to grant each candidate discipline and focus during their preparations, clarity of mind as they recall what they have learned, and a sense of calm throughout every examination. Pray for good health, renewed energy, and strength from the first examination to the last.

2. Pray for teachers, caregivers, and mentors.

Behind every student is a community of people who have helped prepare them for this moment. Pray that God will renew their strength and bless them with wisdom, patience, encouragement, and grace as they continue supporting the students entrusted to their care.

3. Pray for each student’s future.

Pray that every child and young person will recognize their value beyond academic results and remain confident in the gifts and abilities God has given them. May they continue growing in faith, pursuing their dreams, and walking in the purpose He has prepared for their lives.

Looking Ahead with Faith and Hope

As we look toward the months ahead, we are grateful for the opportunity to witness these young people reach another meaningful milestone.

Each student represents a life filled with potential, and every opportunity to learn brings them closer to discovering what their future may hold.

Whatever the examination results may be, our hope is that every child at MCF will continue to grow with confidence, knowing they are loved, supported, and created for a purpose.

Please join us in praying for all 1,315 students throughout this examination season.

Together, we give thanks for their progress, celebrate their perseverance, and trust God to guide their steps into the future.
