Pray For Peace …

Over the past 10 days, much of the media has focused their reporting on  the  violence and destruction that accompanied the early protests. It is our prayer that the real storyline of racial inequities will not be lost. Please join MCF in praying     for the present calm to continue and that anger would be replaced with love for     our neighbor as we are instructed to do in Mark 12:31.  Pray also for peace and  unity to come across our communities, cities and countries that would only be possible through an act of our Lord Jesus.

Mark 12:29-31 ESV

“Jesus answered, The most important is, Hear,  O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord  is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your     soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these.”
