Back to School: A New Season of Learning, Growth, and Hope

Isaiah 54:13 (NIV) – “All your children will be taught by the LORD, and great will be their peace.”

Across many parts of the world, August and September mark the beginning of a new academic year, school term, or college semester. It is a season filled with anticipation as children and young people return to the classroom, embrace new opportunities, and continue growing in knowledge, character, and faith.

At Mully Children’s Family, this season holds special significance. More than 8,700 children and young people across our campuses are preparing to return to schools, colleges, universities, and vocational training institutions. Each learner has unique educational needs, yet they all share one remarkable blessing: the loving care, guidance, encouragement, and practical support of Daddy Mully and Mama Esther. Through their steadfast commitment to every child, young people are empowered to pursue their education with confidence and hope.

As preparations continue, we are trusting the Lord to provide every necessity, including school fees, uniforms, stationery, textbooks, calculators, laptops, hygiene kits, internship support, and the many other resources needed for a successful academic season. We thank God for His continued faithfulness and for every partner and friend who stands with MCF in equipping and investing in the next generation of Christian leaders.

Will you join us in praying for the children and young people of Mully Children’s Family, as well as the children and grandchildren of our partners and friends around the world, as they begin this new academic season?

Please pray for:

  • God’s divine protection, good health, and strength over every child and young person throughout the school year.
  • Wisdom, understanding, diligence, and excellence in their studies, especially for those preparing for national and final examinations.
  • Courage to be faithful witnesses of the love of Jesus Christ among their classmates, teachers, and communities.
  • God’s provision for school fees, uniforms, calculators, laptops, stationery, textbooks, hygiene kits, internship support, and every educational need at MCF.
  • Favour with teachers, lecturers, supervisors, and fellow students, and that each learner will grow in both knowledge and godly character.
  • Peace, encouragement, and perseverance as every child and young person pursues the future God has prepared for them.
