Why Is MCF Called “The World’s Largest Family”?
Mully Children’s Family is known as The World’s Largest Family because children are not treated as beneficiaries of a program but welcomed as sons and daughters into a Christ-centered home.
Unlike traditional institutional care, MCF is built around family units where children grow up with structure, accountability, affection, and belonging. Caregivers serve as parents. Older children mentor younger ones. Life on campus mirrors a healthy family environment.
Each year, approximately one thousand children are welcomed into the family. Since its founding more than 35 years ago, over 30,000 children have received care, education, and long-term support.
The family does not end when children grow up. Alumni remain connected, raising families, serving communities, and often returning to support the mission that helped shape their lives.
