Continuing The Community Based Feeding Programs

Our normal learning in all MCF run schools from kindergarten to Mully College have been disrupted since March 2020. However, MCF Ndalani has continued with its learning with a slightly different school program with over 800 children and co- workers under its care and protection. We have been following strict protocols to make sure there is little or no interaction of outsiders with our MCF Ndalani fraternity, due to Covid-19.

Nonetheless, this has not been the case with the other community program schools, which we were forced to close due to the Corona Virus pandemic. Notwithstanding  all these, we thank God that we are carrying out our community-based feeding programs in Kitale, Turkana, and Vipingo despite the challenges. MCF schools not only assist in the academics, but are a place where children are kept  safe  all  through the day, and all year round. That shield protects them from; bad company, going to the streets to beg, child prostitution, taking drugs and  alcohol,  being  abused and protected against many other vices.

Please continue praying for the MCF fraternity especially for the children in all the community-based programs that the Lord will have mercy on them, that by the    time the normal school programs resume, and the lockdown is lifted, they will not have gotten swayed to indulge in social ills. That they will put into practice all the mentoring that they have learned throughout the years while in MCF daily programs.

Psalm 145:9 (KJV)

The Lord is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.

Proverbs 22:6 (KJV)

Train  up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from   it.
