Student to Undergo Chemotherapy

Esther Nukusa was three years old when she joined MCF 1998. In 2012 she developed frequent complications on her right leg and was diagnosed for cancer. As a result, the leg was amputated. She was given an artificial leg which helps her move around normally. She is very grateful to MCF being there for her during all this time as for catering for all the hospital expenses, something her own parent couldn’t due to lack of finances. This year, she was informed that she is supposed to undergo a series of chemotherapy to wipe out any cancer cells still left in her body. The doctor advised for immediate and urgent action as there are risks involved in delays.
