We Are All One Family

Poverty defines many villages in Kenya. Lack of food, clean water, medical care, schools, and sanitation are challenges millions of Kenyans  face  every day. Is there a solution to this abject poverty that has been the bedrock of causing children to become beggars, child prostitutes and thieves, among other societal ills?

MCF has adapted a model that seeks to change poverty-stricken societies  to hopeful communities. Over the years, MCF has worked in  various communities to transform them by first building a school; where children are educated for free and provided with one meal a day; Secondly, digging of boreholes to ensure a constant supply of clean drinking water for the whole community; Thirdly, constructing pit latrines to ensure those communities who used bushes as their toilets have  decent  toilets; Fourthly, ensuring that all medical needs of MCF children and the surrounding communities are met; Lastly, and most importantly teaching them the word of God. MCF has been able to light fires of hope in Eldoret, Ndalani, Yatta, Kangundo, Kitale, Vipingo, Kibera, Lodwar, Tanzania, Swaziland, Malawi, Uganda among other towns and countries.

This month we have a Medical Camp in Ndalani that will take place from 8th to 16th August. A team of dentist, ophthalmologists, medical doctors and nurses from Canada will be joining the MCF medical team in serving over 6000 community members!

Please pray for precision and accuracy in treating patients. That God will give the medical team strength, patience, more compassion and love as they care for patients. We pray that this medical camp will bring hope to all that will be attended to and many will be added to the kingdom of God.

Hebrews 6:18-19(AMP)

  • so that by two unchangeable things [His promise and His oath] in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled [to Him] for refuge would have strong encouragement and indwelling strength to hold tightly to the hope set before us. 19 This hope [this confident assurance] we have as an anchor of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whatever pressure bears upon it]-a safe and steadfast hope that enters within the veil [of the heavenly temple, that most Holy Place in which the very presence of God dwells],

Acts 5:14 (AMP)

14 More and more believers in the Lord, crowds of men and women, were constantly being added to their number
