The Hardest Hit by Covid 19
MCF Ndalani, Yatta, Vipingo and Turkana are all located in arid, semiarid or semi desert lands in Kenya. We are also situated among communities who live below the poverty line. Families whose lives are defined by hand to mouth mode of survival reside here. In the regions we serve, we have offered hope by bringing in God’s word, education, health and sanitation, clean drinking water, feeding programs, employment and much more.
However, with Covid -19, things have taken a turn for the worse in all the communities we work in. The economy of Kenya, like many other nations of the world, has taken a nose dive. Consequently, countless among us are sleeping hungry, the most vulnerable and hard-hit being children, pregnant women and the elderly.
We would like to thank our heavenly Father for giving us the opportunity to be a light in this dark times. We would like to appreciate you most sincerely for supporting us in the efforts to distribute relief food to the needy community members. We are committed to keep feeding and saving as many lives as possible by providing them with the much-needed relief food.
Please pray for the families all around the world who have nowhere or no one to turn to for a plate of food. It is our prayer that God will provide for his people in this time of need. May God open our hearts and inner eyes to see the opportunities we have of helping the needy among us.
Malachi 4:6 [KJV]
And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
